Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
Professional Engineer (PE) or Qualified Person (QP) status is advantageous but not mandatory
8+ years of experience in Singapore industrial or large infrastructure projects
Demonstrated experience managing approvals for complex facilities (e.g., manufacturing plants, cleanrooms, data centres, petrochemical, large logistics hubs)
Strong working knowledge of CORENT submissions and Singapore statutory processes
Singapore Building Control regulations
Fire Code and SCDF approval processes
Environmental permitting and EIA processes
Utilities interface (PUB, SP Power, etc.)

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
