Key Responsibilities
- Drive and develop suppliers/subcontractors to provide consistent, good quality product & service through execution of various activities.
- Lead issue resolution pertaining to the quality of products or services provided by suppliers/subcontractors.
- Manage change requests from suppliers/subcontractors, ensuring no disruption to material supply.
- Ensure on-time follow-up on the implementation of effective Corrective/Preventive actions or improvement plans identified through audits, performance ratings, CARs, etc.
- Drive compliance to ISO/IATF standards for key suppliers.
- Lead internal/cross-functional teams in problem-solving, benchmarking, and continual improvement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Materials, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor’s + 5-8 years experience, Master’s + 3-5 years experience, or PhD + 2-3 years experience in semiconductor/electronics or similar industries.
- Demonstrated leadership in supplier quality management, advanced analytics, and cross-functional project execution.
- Strong knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and advanced statistical methods.
- Independent, resourceful, and adaptable to new technologies and global environments.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and mentoring skills.
