Requirements
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of directly related experience OR Diploma and 8 years of directly related experience Preferred people management experience with demonstrated leadership and management skills Demonstrated track record of people development where direct reports learn and develop their capabilities to enhance their performance and achieve personal or professional goals Demonstrated experience in forming-leading-facilitating-inspiring teams Ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders in a cross functional; cross cultural environment Ability to generate feasible and efficient solutions to solve problems and capitalize on new opportunities Your selection for this role will be subject to fulfilling the medical requirements of this job scope.
