Key Responsibilities
- Leading tax research and the production of advice regarding tax technical matters
- Supervising preparation of tax computations/filings
- Leading tax workstreams vis-à-vis M&A transactions (including tax due diligence, tax structuring, tax modelling and SPA support)

Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of corporate tax experience preferably with an international accounting/law firm
- Experience in both compliance and advisory roles are preferred
- Strong analytical skills, good communication skills, proven project management skills
- Will work well both individually and as a member of a team
- Experience managing people and be able to co-ordinate and deliver high-quality work
- Tax and finance, legal or accounting background
- Experience concerning one or more of the financial services sub-sectors (Banking and Capital Markets, Investment Management, Real Estate, Insurance, Digital Assets/Web 3.0)
- Investment management and/or M&A tax experience is particularly of interest
