Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations, including M&E systems, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control

  • Manage asset registers and ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning optimally
  • Assist in the preparation of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets
  • Monitor and control operating expenses within approved budgets
  • Serve as the point of contact for residents regarding facilities issues
  • Handle feedback and complaints professionally and coordinate resolution in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in building/facilities management
  • Good knowledge of Singapore’s building regulations and statutory requirements (BCA, SCDF, NEA, WSH Act, etc.)
  • Familiar with building systems (M&E, HVAC, fire protection systems, lifts)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies
  • Green Mark Facility Manager (GMFM) certification preferred
  • Fire Safety Manager Certification preferred
  • WSQ Certified in Workplace Safety and Health preferred
