Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling narratives and materials that highlight FPS innovation, impact, and purpose to external audiences
- Contribute to campaigns that position Roche FPS as an attractive place for top talent, building awareness of our squad model across APAC
- Support the design of external-facing communications (social posts, blogs, visual storytelling) that create visibility for FPS in the healthcare ecosystem
- Experiment with new formats — videos, podcasts, infographics — to tell the FPS story in engaging ways
- Draft and schedule content for internal and external channels, including Roche’s corporate channels and platforms such as LinkedIn
- Assist in developing communications campaigns and assets that support patient engagement initiatives, working with Disease Area teams
- Support employee engagement programs and internal campaigns that bring Roche’s purpose and culture to life
- Assist with media queries, outreach, briefing documents, and event communications
- Help prepare materials, organise communications assets, and coordinate with internal and external partners for smooth execution of campaigns
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year student in Communications, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or related fields
- Strong interest in corporate communications, healthcare storytelling, and social media strategy
- Creative thinker with excellent writing skills and an eye for engaging content
- Comfortable working on diverse projects — from patient engagement campaigns to internal newsletters to social media posts
- Collaborative, curious, and motivated to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willing to commit to an internship from July/August to December 2026
