Key Responsibilities
- This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities.
- It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments.
- The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Update project and cost data to central database.
- (Procurement, Design Mgmt, Construction etc).
Requirements
- 1) Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful.
- 2) Proficient in using internet for research and ability to validate the data.
- 3) Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
