Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, application performance management, or observability.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Deep knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
- Experience with observability platforms like Splunk, Elastic, or Grafana.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
