  • Deep knowledge of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
  • Experience with observability platforms like Splunk, Elastic, or Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Shell, etc.).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
