- Degree in engineering, supply chain or business administration
- Strong communication skills; able to work with external and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of supply chain planning is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; proficiency in Excel is required
- Experience using SAP is an advantage
