Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and deliver concise briefings to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear policy papers and presentations.
  • Spearhead the implementation of digitalization and automation solutions, including GenAI, to build an agile corporate environment.
  • Design culture-shaping leadership retreats and town halls to forge powerful connections and build alignment across A*STAR.
  • Oversee the transformation of raw data into compelling visual stories to inform critical, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of working experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, or management consulting.
  • Proven success in managing and leading teams through complex and ambiguous work streams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders (C-Suite/Director level).
  • Keen analytical mind capable of anticipating issues, planning contingencies, and ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated resilience to maintain composure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to conceptualize and drive organizational change initiatives.
