Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bridging diverse views across the organization to drive common goals.

- Conceptualize near-term business initiatives and long-term strategic projects, aligning Corporate Group Divisions with broader organizational aims.

- Craft and deliver concise briefings to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear policy papers and presentations.
- Spearhead the implementation of digitalization and automation solutions, including GenAI, to build an agile corporate environment.
- Design culture-shaping leadership retreats and town halls to forge powerful connections and build alignment across A*STAR.
- Oversee the transformation of raw data into compelling visual stories to inform critical, data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of working experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, or management consulting.
- Proven success in managing and leading teams through complex and ambiguous work streams.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders (C-Suite/Director level).
- Keen analytical mind capable of anticipating issues, planning contingencies, and ensuring high data accuracy.
- Demonstrated resilience to maintain composure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to conceptualize and drive organizational change initiatives.
