Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 8 years in AI engineering or similar roles, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions in production environments. Good knowledge of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, context engineering, RAG, agent framework, memory management etc. Hands-on experience of data management technology, including Hadoop, Sparks, ETL, relational & non-relational database, vector databases and knowledge graphs. Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), API management, DevOps and CI/CD practices. Proficiency in Python programming; Experience with other programming language like Java or Scala is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
