Key Responsibilities
- Optimizing process, tools and systems to achieve high product quality and high efficiency in Test operation.
- Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process.
- Resolve process/product deviations.
- Drive continuous improvement in Test operation (through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution and effective controls' implementation).
- Handle changes in test process (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high volume production.
- Identify operational perfection (Quality, Efficiency, Cycle time, Delivery / Cost improvement) opportunities.
- Lead/participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions.
- Additional tasks would include design and develop business intelligent reporting and dashboards for effective business data visualization enable data driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a any electronic related field.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
