Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the scientific leadership of food science research relevant to SIFBI's industrial and competitive research grant funding and aligned with Singapore’s national research priorities

Requirements
- PhD in Food Science and/or related fields, with at least 10 years independent academic or industrial research experience
