Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate complex technical issues to customers, internal teams (BFS, MOCC), and management.
  • Research product problems using engineering drawings, operational data, and technical resources.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and reduce cost.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting multiple complex airplane systems (e.g., Avionics, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics).
  • Proven ability to prepare and present technical content clearly to customers, peers, mechanics, and executives.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work non-standard schedules, including holidays, weekends, and shift rotations to support 24/7 operations.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed to support customers.
