Key Responsibilities

- Research product problems using engineering drawings, operational data, and technical resources.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting multiple complex airplane systems (e.g., Avionics, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics).
- Proven ability to prepare and present technical content clearly to customers, peers, mechanics, and executives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work non-standard schedules, including holidays, weekends, and shift rotations to support 24/7 operations.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed to support customers.
