Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and build strategies that support departmental competency development.
- Recommend the most suitable internal or external learning methods, tools, and programs to drive technical skill growth.
- Develop, revise, and enhance course materials using effective instructional design principles.

- Use training metrics, data, and participant feedback to evaluate and improve courses and learning programs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the training ecosystem.
- Ensure all training activities comply with established standards, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to apply and develop AI and automation solutions in day‑to‑day tasks, implementing enhancements that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with global and local Workforce Development partners to share Best Known Methods and align on training initiatives.
- Partner with external organizations to strengthen our team's technical and professional capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
- Able to effectively impart knowledge in a classroom setting
- Knowledgeable in a variety of training techniques, especially those relating to adult learning theory
- Able to manage projects successfully, follow through on commitments, display integrity, take the initiative to address problems, and provide outstanding customer service
- Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills and the aptitude to learn new applications and software programs
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron
