Key Responsibilities
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
- Develop and maintain test programs of Micron SSD products in high volume manufacturing to ensure Micron SSD products meet their specifications.
- Design new test programs for validation and testing of new SSD product/technology during start-up phase.
- Optimize test programs and test methodology to reduce product test times.
- Automate test engineering processes by writing software scripts to improve efficiency.
- Enhance test coverage to ensure best-in-class outgoing quality.
- Work closely with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yields and equipment efficiency in order to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with test capacity and manufacturing teams to meet production output goals.
- Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Engineering-related courses
- Proficiency in Python programming, with enthusiasm for developing and improving code.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, or similar engineering workflow tools.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills for test and manufacturing environments.
- Agility to manage and execute prioritized action items from both tactical and strategic perspectives.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts with exposure to AI‑assisted engineering or productivity tools would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels

- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
