Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance test coverage to ensure best-in-class outgoing quality.
  • Work closely with product and equipment engineering teams to improve overall product yields and equipment efficiency in order to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with test capacity and manufacturing teams to meet production output goals.
  • Develop and monitor process and engineering metrics to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of test processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Engineering-related courses
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with enthusiasm for developing and improving code.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Git, or similar engineering workflow tools.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills for test and manufacturing environments.
  • Agility to manage and execute prioritized action items from both tactical and strategic perspectives.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts with exposure to AI‑assisted engineering or productivity tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills

  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
