- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA, CPA). **Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience* across **Finance Operations* , with hands-on exposure to **Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting* Strong working knowledge of **GST and statutory reporting requirements* Experience with **SAP* (FI, AA, AR, AP modules) or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous. Proven ability to manage complex operations, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement mindset, with experience in automation or finance transformation initiatives preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
