Key Responsibilities
- Plans, manages and controls the entire project life cycle of the project & ensures successful hand-over to sustaining function.

Requirements
- Min 5 years of working experience in semiconductor assembly and packaging development with min. 2 years' experience in leading end-to-end project management cycle
- Min Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline
- Possess strong project management knowledge and experience in terms of project initiation, planning and closing, including reporting and documentation. Project Management Certification is a plus
- Confident in leading cross functional teams and collaborative with diversity of thought, skills and personalities in order to maximize capabilities and outcomes and resolve conflicts when arises
- Strong Stakeholder management : Possess effective presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Agile and possess critical thinking to effectively mitigate project risks
