Key Responsibilities

Validating ground security measures through audits and inspections to meet system-wide regulatory Code of Practice (CP) requirements
Assisting in managing daily security operations across the SMRT network
Reviewing security processes and operations procedures
Coordinating and conducting security exercises, including red teaming exercises, to enhance workforce vigilance and discipline
Supporting and implementing security education and awareness programs for staff and vendors
Liaising and coordinating with internal business units regarding the implementation of security measures and procedures
Conducting Threat Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA) on SMRT premises, including evolving threats, and providing inputs for possible mitigating enhancements
Analyzing and compiling data on security trends
Supporting project management for security enhancement projects
Conducting security-related incident investigations and providing necessary assistance in police investigations

Requirements

Degree from a recognized institution
Educational background or working experience in transport security is preferred
Security-related WSQ Training certification
Red Teaming Officer Training certification
Advanced Tell-Tale Indicator Detection Course
Proficient with MS Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong analytical thinking with good judgement and integrity
Good written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills with an eye for details
Team player with proven ability to work in varying situations
