Key Responsibilities
- Validating ground security measures through audits and inspections to meet system-wide regulatory Code of Practice (CP) requirements
- Assisting in managing daily security operations across the SMRT network
- Reviewing security processes and operations procedures
- Coordinating and conducting security exercises, including red teaming exercises, to enhance workforce vigilance and discipline
- Supporting and implementing security education and awareness programs for staff and vendors
- Liaising and coordinating with internal business units regarding the implementation of security measures and procedures
- Conducting Threat Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA) on SMRT premises, including evolving threats, and providing inputs for possible mitigating enhancements
- Analyzing and compiling data on security trends
- Supporting project management for security enhancement projects
- Conducting security-related incident investigations and providing necessary assistance in police investigations
Requirements
- Degree from a recognized institution
- Educational background or working experience in transport security is preferred
- Security-related WSQ Training certification
- Red Teaming Officer Training certification
- Advanced Tell-Tale Indicator Detection Course
- Proficient with MS Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong analytical thinking with good judgement and integrity
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills with an eye for details
- Team player with proven ability to work in varying situations
- Good presentation skill
