Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all control activities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on control systems ranging from PLC, LSS (Life Safety system), FAS (Fire alarm system), Instrumentation and related Control systems
- Support commissioning and startup of new control systems and infrastructure upgrades
- Identify and fix electrical problems using structured solving steps or procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and FMEA to identify and mitigate potential system failures
- Maintain accurate documentation of control systems, maintenance records, and compliance reports
- Mentor junior technicians and participate in technical training programs to elevate team capabilities
- Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical & Control Engineering or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 2+ years in control maintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of PLC/Instrumentation/FAS/LSS systems
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and safety codes
- Familiarity with ETAP is a plus
- Familiarity with IEC standards is a plus
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools is a plus
