Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain and improve all equipment performance indices to meet operations goals
  • Perform shift duties based on rotation systems to support production
  • Optimize equipment uptime/reliability through scheduled & recovery maintenance
  • Control equipment performance indices to meet BBS goals
  • Comply to ISO standards and Quality systems of the company
  • Forecast/establish stock levels of spares and consumables to meet manufacturing capacity within allocated budget
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance OI to standardize equipment practice
  • Recommend improvement to enhance capabilities, reliabilities or cost saving
  • Participate in CIT team/task force to optimize equipment performance and COO
  • Start-up new equipment to support production ramp, from facilities hook-up, vendor start-up, to acceptance of equipment
  • Documentation of Corrective Action and Best-Known Methods for equipment to allow more efficient troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
  • Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years semiconductor equipment maintenance experience
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing environment
  • Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply
  • High Vacuum maintenance experience
  • Basic semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment/process knowledge
  • Able to interpret electrical/pneumatic schematic drawings
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility
