Key Responsibilities
- Develop APAC product strategy to achieve market leadership and sustainable growth
- Drive integrated cross functional APAC team to accelerate launch readiness and execution
- Take ownership of the launch and post-launch by tracking the success & developing mitigation plans to address gaps.
- Ability to drive deep through working with affiliate teams to lead execution in marketing plans, track and monitor success of marketing initiatives and increase customer adoption.
- Support Regulatory Affairs in new product registration for responsible products.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, business development, IT architecture and project teams to support customer conversations and digital health value recognition along the customer journey
- Collaborate with internal teams across global, region and affiliates in the APAC region to drive business strategy and digital health transformation
- Willingness to travel up to 20-40% of the time
Requirements
- Excellent communicator and skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders including clinicians and senior executives both internally and externally
- Strong knowledge about APAC healthcare sector (Public and Private), hospital/lab processes and systems
- Comfortable working in early stages of commercial development and launch
- Creative and innovative in Digital Health solutioning with ability to think strategically from ground zero up
- Scientific or marketing background and 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices/Healthtech or Diagnostics
- Experience with Disease areas/Healthcare sectors including Metabolic Diseases, Health Screening/Longevity Medicine and/or Nephrology preferred
- Experience with commercializing or building strategy for Digital Health solutions
- Experience in driving cross-organizational initiatives and business processes across geographical and cultural boundaries
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English. Additional Asian language expertise is a plus.
- Good understanding and experience of business models, market segmentation/prioritization and early adopter engagement
