Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shift technicians and contractors to achieve operational objectives.
- Call out and highlight issues on the production line that cause roadblocks to the team meeting operational targets and objectives.
- Ensure adequate training and compliance with SOPs to eliminate safety and quality risks.
- Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with production and process stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Establish and review SOPs to ensure they continue to be relevant and optimized for operation processes.
- Explore and develop an agentic AI approach to improve productivity and protect quality.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment and materials deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities, with the ability to build and develop an effective team to tackle equipment operation challenges.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, knowledge on problem solving methodologies like 8D, 5 Why analysis, Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) to deliver effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated PROBE internship experience within a semiconductor company.
- Experience working on projects that align with the key duties of this position.
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
- Understanding or interest in AI applications in semiconductor manufacturing, such as predictive analytics, automated defect classification, or data visualization is preferred.
