Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Global FE Capital Ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved budgets and funding decisions.

- Partner with Central Teams, Sites, Finance, Facilities, and Procurement to resolve gaps and alignment issues.
- Drive Quarterly Business Plan (BP) CAPEX cycles, including data consolidation, validation, and submission.
- Ensure consistency between BP assumptions, Capital Management system references and execution outlook.
- Support leadership reviews by providing risks call out, and trade-off options.
- Support Wafer Fab Equipment (WFE) and Board of Directors (BOD) related capital reviews and materials.
- Prepare and validate capital data, narratives, and insights required for executive-level decision making.
- Ensure alignment between capital strategy, business priorities, and manufacturing roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial and Systems, or related discipline).
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate capital plans, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment, partnering closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and Technology teams.
- Strong data validation, data integrity, and reporting skills to support accurate capital tracking, forecasting, and governance.
- Demonstrated strength in data analysis, quantitative reasoning, and structured problem-solving related to CAPEX planning and execution.
- Ability to synthesize large and complex datasets into clear insights and actionable conclusions that support capital investment and prioritization decisions.
- Strong customer and stakeholder focus, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven capital plans.
- Solid knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis techniques, and problem-solving methodologies to support capital planning and performance assessment.
- High level of independence, ownership, and determination to deliver high-quality results on time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with capital tracking systems, planning tools, or financial models used for CAPEX governance and reporting.
