Key Responsibilities
- Manage Digital, Cloud, and Data technology projects by maintaining project governance standards, templates, reports, and documentation.
- Track and monitor project status, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across assigned initiatives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery milestones and quality requirements are met.
- Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and governance forums.
- Contribute to project financial updates including budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and resource planning support.
- Provide coordination support during workshops, sprint planning, project meetings, and other delivery-related activities.
- Communicate project updates and follow-ups to stakeholders, ensuring timely escalation of challenges or blockers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or any related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project management for Tech projects or IT audit.
- Prior experience working in a consulting firm.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Preferred but not required: PMP/CAPM, Scrum Master, ITIL, CISA, or cloud certifications.
