Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly operational /performance reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist in cost control initiatives and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with business units to gather financial information and provide analytical support
  • Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
  • Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA – in progress or completed) are a plus
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in digital transformation or process automation initiatives will be an advantage
