Key Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of local competitors, messaging and positioning

- Define, track and report on campaign business impact

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or related communication roles
- Demonstrated experience executing and coordinating regional programs within a global framework
- Ability and willingness to travel across Asia (~20–30%)
