- Track record of contributing to project acquisition through proposal activities
- Project leadership experience
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English, or native-level English and business-level Japanese
- Currently working at a consulting firm, IT vendor, or SIer
- For those currently at consulting firm: engineering experience, architecture knowledge/implementation experience (cloud, data architecture, etc.), experience in data science/analytics, ServiceNow implementation/operation experience
- For those currently at consulting firm: experience in new business conception, launch, and execution; experience in planning/proposal-type work from technology department perspective; experience in driving transformation on-site
- Mindset to resonate with TS&T mission and drive client transformation
