Key Responsibilities
- Establish Strong partnership with Global Stakeholders to identify significant and breakthrough business transformation opportunities using AI
- Translate expected project metrics gains into dollar values, partnering with Finance.
- Lead the analysis of complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
- Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
- Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs and required or available data elements.
- Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
- Provide direct leadership and guidance to team of I4.0 Product owners with strong domain knowledge to expedite understanding of business transformation opportunities and design solutions through strong collaboration with data science, technical solution, and IT teams.
- Accountable for ensuring solutions and functionalities address current metrics gaps and new business opportunities.
- Ensure optimization and standardization of tools and processes, leveraging central team business partners to allow Smart Mfg/AI solutions to be scaled sustainably across Micron Assembly Test manufacturing sites.
- Develop business cases, including impact validation approaches, ROI of potential solutions, and prioritize and propose projects for implementation.
- Lead projects and activities that require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams.
- Provide expert functional and process guidance on system interfaces and capabilities.
Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Artificial Intelligence
- At least 10 years of work experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions. Good knowledge of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production is preferred.
- Familiarity with Quality focused solution development, systems, and solutions for high-volume and high-mix production environments.
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers, mid and senior management.
