Requirements

  • Proven experience managing teams and vendors in a 24/7 operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems: UPS, HVAC, fire suppression, BMS, EPMS, DCIM.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, PCI-DSS).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement SOPs and emergency response plans.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management for facilities operations.
  • Certifications such as CEM, CFM, or CDCP are preferred.
