Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of critical facilities, including data centers, ensuring 99.999% uptime.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in critical facilities management, preferably in banking or data center environments.
- Proven experience managing teams and vendors in a 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure systems: UPS, HVAC, fire suppression, BMS, EPMS, DCIM.
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, PCI-DSS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs and emergency response plans.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management for facilities operations.
- Certifications such as CEM, CFM, or CDCP are preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite and respond to emergencies outside regular hours.
