Key Responsibilities
- This position focuses on simplifying reporting processes, improving existing working files, and enhancing documentation to enable smoother daily operations for planners and schedulers. What will you do?
- Assist in reviewing and simplifying current planning reports to make them more intuitive, efficient, and user ‑ friendly. This includes automating repetitive steps where possible and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the restructuring, cleaning, and optimization of planning ‑ related working files (Excel, dashboards, trackers) to improve usability, reduce manual workload, and ensure consistency across teams.
- Improve scheduler & planner work instructions
Requirements
- will make you successful?
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables; knowledge of automation or VBA is a bonus).
- Detail ‑ oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
