  • Supporting analytics, tracking improvements, and preparing user‑friendly documentation

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Foundational exposure to AI / Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering) through coursework, projects, or self‑learning
  • Basic awareness of AI or GenAI APIs and how applications interact with APIs (e.g., REST, JSON, simple request/response concepts)
  • Interest in applying AI or automation to real business problems, such as document analysis, productivity, or workflow improvement
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn low‑code / no‑code platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists)
  • Basic understanding of process analysis, workflow automation, or digital transformation concepts
  • Introductory experience working with data (Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts, or summaries)
  • Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools quickly in a team environment
