Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in facilities management or estates operations, including leading large and complex portfolios.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, utilities capacity planning, and maintenance best practices.
- Proven experience in contract management within facilities operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for business partnering and stakeholder management with internal users and external providers.
- Demonstrated success in driving sustainability initiatives, workplace transformation, and process efficiency improvements.
