Key Responsibilities
- Promote A*STAR research entities and IHLs capabilities and the GET-Up Programme to local enterprises to explore collaborations.
- Collaborate with A*STAR's research entities, IHLs, and other government agencies to ensure the smooth execution of the GET-Up Programme.
- Disseminate grant calls to local enterprises and administer proposal submissions for expert panel reviews.
- Assist in the processing of grant applications and claim submissions.
- Establish critical operating systems and processes for the Programme’s functions.
- Establish relevant guidelines in governing grant management and administration.
- Analyze critical statistics and provide summaries for management’s planning.
- Follow up with grant applicants on LOAs received, ensuring compliance with Terms & Conditions.
- Monitor Fund Requisition, Progress Reports, and variation requests for grant applicants.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of STEM or life sciences discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders, including research leaders.
- Ability to work effectively with public sector partners and familiarity with public sector work processes.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding grant terms and conditions.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
