Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Work with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings
  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting requisitions
  • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
  • Pre-screen resumes and partner with hiring manager in interviews and document candidate evaluation and interview process
  • Negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
  • Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
  • Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs
  • Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys
  • Work on TA related projects when assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good judgement and maintains high confidentiality
  • Good time management, follow through and ability to multi-task
  • Keen eye for detail and meticulous in work
  • Strong knowledge and experience using social media (IG/LinkedIn)
