Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and execute recruitment strategies
- Work with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings
- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting requisitions
- Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
- Pre-screen resumes and partner with hiring manager in interviews and document candidate evaluation and interview process
- Negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers
- Provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources
- Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs
- Assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys
- Work on TA related projects when assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good judgement and maintains high confidentiality
- Good time management, follow through and ability to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail and meticulous in work
- Strong knowledge and experience using social media (IG/LinkedIn)
