Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OE governance processes, maintain a strong pipeline of improvement projects, and track performance indicators such as cost savings, inventory efficiency, and quality performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related technical field.
  • Certified Master Black Belt (or equivalent highest-tier Lean Six Sigma certification).
  • At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply-chain operations, ideally within high-tech, capital equipment, engineering, or semiconductor environments.
  • Proven success leading large-scale transformation or process-excellence programs with measurable operational impact.
  • Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving capabilities, including experience with process capability analysis and Lean tools.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching Green Belts and/or Black Belts to deliver successful improvement projects.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech supply chain environments.
  • Background in global operations or transformation within a multinational enterprise.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, planning tools, BI platforms, or process automation/digitalization technologies.
