Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in IT Operations (site-level leadership preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools, systems, and technologies relevant to manufacturing/aerospace; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; on-site at Singapore site.
  • Demonstrated incident management in 24x7 operations and effective communication in a matrixed global organization.
  • 8–12+ years in infrastructure/operations leadership within manufacturing, MRO, pharma, or heavy industry; strong plant/shopfloor IT & OT exposure (MES, industrial networks).
  • Experience operating ITIL-aligned processes with measurable SLA outcomes; vendor and contract management with proven results.
  • Exposure to ISA-95, OT security principles, and segmented industrial network architectures; experience in regulated or safety-critical environments; prior work in multinationals with strong standards.
