Key Responsibilities
- Perform shift-based monitoring tasks, including plant logging and routine checks on nitrogen generators, auxiliary equipment, and BSGS systems, ensuring operational excellence and reliability.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot plant or system anomalies to prevent reliability incidents and ensure smooth operations. Escalate issues to engage service providers when required.

- Oversee bulk gases and BSGS inventory, including ordering and receiving in accordance with company protocols and customer requirements.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities such as analyzer calibrations, backup equipment tests, and routine checks to uphold quality standards and operational integrity.
- Plan, execute, and troubleshoot both planned and unplanned shutdowns of nitrogen generator plants, ensuring efficient startup and minimal downtime.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and operation of new nitrogen generator plants and bulk gas systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Adhere to HSE protocols, IMS requirements, local regulations, and the company's 12 Life-Saving Rules, performing thorough gap analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow procedures for spills, gas leaks, and emergencies. Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Build strong customer relationships, address their needs proactively, and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction while preventing complaints.
- Attend planned training sessions, achieve required competencies, and continuously upgrade skills through internal and external programs to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- Diploma in any engineering-related discipline or a Higher National ITE Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, particularly involving hazardous materials.
- Experience in semiconductor, chemical, or industrial gas industries is preferred.

- Basic understanding of engineering principles, as well as operational and maintenance practices.
