Key Responsibilities
- Render 2nd or 3rd level AMS support by troubleshooting in-depth production incidents (simple to medium complexity) and monitoring fixes against SLAs.
- Collaborate with the Functional team to deliver medium to complex level enhancements within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Identify and perform problem management activities to reduce recurring issues/incidents, including presenting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and delivering permanent fixes.
- Lead discussions on high-level solution design for medium to complex enhancements, performing effort estimations and ensuring end-to-end solutioning.
- Build, test, and deliver enhancements within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives on top of existing workload.
- Support project teams in solution application delivery and developing work products addressing client business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in AMS support (Level 2/3 preferred)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting production incidents and enhancements
- Ability to perform problem management and RCA delivery
- Experience in high-level solution design and effort estimation
- Strong commitment to quality delivery within SLAs
- Ability to lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members (for Senior roles)
- Adherence to firm standards, processes, and procedures
