Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing projects, including updating web content, email marketing, and supporting other digital requests.
  • Extract, clean, and organise data from various sources to develop impactful data visualisations for stakeholders to make agile and data-driven decisions.
  • Design and prepare brand-compliant assets such as images, videos, and documents for use on web and email communications.
  • Keep up with market trends and collaborate with the wider marketing and communications team to develop digital growth strategies and explore innovative marketing techniques.
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders from different business units for various go-to-market or firmwide marketing efforts.
  • Manage and support internal communication content on various platforms and portals such as Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Provide data and ad-hoc analysis that can assist in the decision-making process.

Requirements

  • Recognised degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience in designing web sites/applications and interfacing web applications.
  • Experience and knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a must.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiar with web analytics software such as Google or Adobe Analytics.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge of marketing process, understanding and interest in SEO, SEM and business analytics.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Creative mind and ability to keep abreast of new developments in the digital media industry.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent project management skills on multiple simultaneous projects and tasks.
  • Meticulous and possesses an eye for details.
  • Possess strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a team, but also comfortable as a solo contributor.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital publishing environments such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Wordpress.
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
