Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales process, including Sales Request generation, tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Support the billing process and coordinate with internal teams regarding order fulfillment status.

- Support audit and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate documentation of transactions and process records.
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant working experience in business operations, sales support, or finance.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (SD, FI, or MM modules).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
