Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
- Conduct real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms and SPC violation & determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved & through studying past cases.
- Implement corrective actions using established OCAP procedures.
- All basic inline investigation reported real time to relevant owners with full details.
- Response to Lots on Hold. Disposition lots at real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Conduct appropriate equipment, tools and process qualification.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Maintenance Specialists and Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed targets.
- Provide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority.
- Share technical knowledge with new Engineers.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec (ITE)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, logs, reports)
- Ability to follow strict procedures
- Strong awareness of workplace safety, knowledge of hazard identification, lockout/tagout (LOTO).
