Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall FE planning and accounting close process
- Provide guidance to site finance teams globally on timeline, template and expectations for cross network consistency
- Design and drive cross-network process improvement initiatives
- Partner with FE Ops Central team to optimize FE manufacturing strategy based on data driven analysis to maximize shareholder value
- Support corporate initiatives with expert opinion and advice on FE finance related topics
- Partner with members of FE Central team leadership in identifying, assessing and presenting strategic initiatives
- Drive financial business decision-making, emphasizing and improving shareholder value generation, voicing opinions and taking informed risks
- Be the go-to person of FE finance team for any cross-network matters
- Provide expert advice and counsel to Corporate and the Global Front-End Finance team to integrate and streamline processes and systems for product costing, as well as financial and business planning and reporting
- Collaborate with other teams inside and outside the global Finance organization to develop highly effective working relationships
- Develop and lead team member performance, including planning, training, mentoring, rewarding, promoting teamwork, and developing leadership within the Site Finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
- Additional professional qualifications like CPA, CFA, CMA preferred
- At least 10 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry
- Electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred
- Financial operations experience (senior level) in a memory manufacturing operation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of prior management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to perform in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA)
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated capability to build highly effective and engaged teams
