Key Responsibilities

Establish and improve process condition and technology
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
Establish and modify process management projects
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment
Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials
Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues
Maximize yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes
Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis
Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations
Conduct long-term investigation of defect issues with shift engineering and other functional areas
Evaluate products to ensure they meet required design and performance specifications
Conduct research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommend process improvements or equipment changes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication
Familiarity with Dry Etch wafer fabrication processes
LAM Kiyo/Flex tool start up experience
Extensive experience in using JMP software for data analysis and visualization
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python/VBA)
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Knowledge of Design of Experiment
Knowledge of Engineering Statistical data analysis
Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
