Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and improve process condition and technology
  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost
  • Establish and modify process management projects
  • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment
  • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials
  • Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues
  • Maximize yield by working on tools, the process, or wafer fabrication recipes
  • Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis
  • Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations
  • Conduct long-term investigation of defect issues with shift engineering and other functional areas
  • Evaluate products to ensure they meet required design and performance specifications
  • Conduct research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommend process improvements or equipment changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication
  • Familiarity with Dry Etch wafer fabrication processes
  • LAM Kiyo/Flex tool start up experience
  • Extensive experience in using JMP software for data analysis and visualization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python/VBA)
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Knowledge of Design of Experiment
  • Knowledge of Engineering Statistical data analysis
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
