Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in software solution development and implementation to collect data on various key production metric
- Creating dashboard and visualization tool to help operator/engineers to quickly identify trend and anomalies
- Help develop algorithms or models to identify trends and correlations that can help with process optimization/improvement
- Collaborating with other engineers, operators, and management to identify opportunities for process improvement and to develop solutions to address any issues identified through the monitoring system
- Working closely with IT, SMAI, Transformative and other data science team to support the on-going development and maintenance of the monitoring system
- Fully functional dashboard that can capture and analyze key process metrics in real-time/near real-time
- Documentation, user manuals and training materials to help operator and key stakeholders understand how to use the system effectively
- Presentation to the team on your progress and findings, including visualization and insights from data analysis
- Responsible for providing troubleshooting and maintenance for the system to ensure it continues to operate effectively over time
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Demonstrated proficiency and strong capability in coding
