Key Responsibilities
- Review ESPC charts using SPACE, adhering to all established rules.
- Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, and sort yield using JMP and Klarity ACE.
- Create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
- Manage recipe uploads, verification, and compliance checks using RMS.
- Raise PCRB, manage the qual plan, analyze data, and drive CR closure.
- Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec updates with ECNs and guide junior engineers.
- Startup and qualify new processes and equipment within schedule, collaborating with Equipment Engineers.
- Analyze passed-down data to identify chronic process issues and establish improvement programs.
- Lead cross-functional task teams on yield improvement/excursion issues and drive team goals for Uptime and OEE.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex technical problems.
- Proficiency in using SPC tools (SPACE) for chart analysis and quality control.
- Experience with data analysis software such as JMP and Klarity ACE.
- Ability to perform in Normal or Swing Shift environments.
