Key Responsibilities

  • Startup and qualify new processes and equipment within schedule, collaborating with Equipment Engineers.
  • Analyze passed-down data to identify chronic process issues and establish improvement programs.
  • Lead cross-functional task teams on yield improvement/excursion issues and drive team goals for Uptime and OEE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex technical problems.
  • Proficiency in using SPC tools (SPACE) for chart analysis and quality control.
  • Experience with data analysis software such as JMP and Klarity ACE.
  • Ability to perform in Normal or Swing Shift environments.
