Key Responsibilities
- Conduct failure analysis (FA) to identify root causes, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience or New College Graduate eligible.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting for engineering or data workflows (e.g., Python, basic SQL).
- Strong data processing and analysis skills, including cleaning, visualization, and interpretation.
- Fundamental understanding of statistics for data analysis and process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, experimentation, or proof-of-concept development.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across functions.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to undefined problems.
