Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative/secretarial support to Partners, Directors, and Managers assigned under the portfolio.
- Undertake various administrative tasks including secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, and meeting room bookings.
- Upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis.
- Process billings and manage the end-to-end billing cycle.
- Carry out recovery activities with due diligence to minimize delinquency and ensure compliance.
- Prepare statement of accounts and monthly ageing reports upon request.
- Maintain up-to-date status reports and communicate actively with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and simple analytical reports when necessary.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar setting within a professional services environment.
- Proven track record of success in closing outstanding invoices.
- Comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload.
- Meticulous and excellent attention to detail.
