Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative/secretarial support to Partners, Directors, and Managers assigned under the portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar setting within a professional services environment.
  • Proven track record of success in closing outstanding invoices.
  • Comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload.
  • Meticulous and excellent attention to detail.
