Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll operations including administrative tasks and coordination related to Projects
- Review and reconcile payroll output files, ensure payments and reports are delivered accurately in accordance with company policies & procedures and in compliance with local statutory and tax requirements.
- Support year end payroll activities including employee income tax filing review, other statutory filing as required by country.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR operation, C&B, Global mobility etc to manage payroll process, escalations, and resolve employee query
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing daily responsibilities to support overall payroll operations as well as provide quality internal and external customer service.
- Prepare and support internal and external payroll audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with Global team on employees' equity (RSU, ESPP) grant and vesting, and related documentation requirements
- Manage and support payroll or employee equity related EDB audit requests by preparing reconciliation, accurate data, simulation, payroll related reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in payroll operation.
- Detail oriented and well organized in work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Business
