Key Responsibilities
- Lead in unit module process development and optimization for new process integration.

Requirements
- PhD/Masters (3 years experience) or Bachelor's Degree (5 years experience) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of NVM devices, Process Integration, and test methodology to troubleshoot yield issues.
- Proficiency in Electrical Test data & Inline Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as JMP.
- Basic knowledge of Failure Analysis (FA) techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
